Why Design?

I got into design because I’ve always been interested in human behavior and how people think and behave. After years of working in technical support and talking to users from all over the world, I started to think about how some of the issues that people were having could have been prevented with different design decisions. Determined to become an advocate for those users, I dove into the design world and have been fortunate to have completed work as a designer for a non-profit, a startup, enterprise, and an agency.
