Why Design?

I’ve always been interested in human behavior and how people think and behave. After years of working in technical support and talking to users from all over the world, I started to think about how some of the issues that people were having could have been prevented with different design decisions. Determined to become an advocate for those users, I pursued a role in the design world and since then I’ve had the opportunity to design at a non-profit, a startup, enterprise, and an agency, which has given me broad perspective on how design can scale across different contexts and create meaningful impact.
